A native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Gonzales passed away Tues., Feb. 5, 2013 in Gonzales at the age of 21. Visiting will be observed at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visiting will resume on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Prairieville from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 AM conducted by Rev. Eric Gyan. Burial will follow at Oak Lane Memorial Park in Prairieville. He is survived by his parents: Benny K. & Kittye Brown DeLaune of Gonzales, maternal grandfather: James "Jimmy" Brown, Sr. of Prairieville, paternal grandparents: Benjamin F. & Vernell Sevario DeLaune of Gonzales, 1 sister: Megan N. DeLaune of Gonzales and his twin brother: Aaron J. DeLaune of Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Mary Jane Smith Brown. Pallbearers will be Kurt Soileau, James Brown,III, David Templet,Jr., Michael Collins, Mason DeLaune & Shannon Shaules. Honorary Pallbearers will be Pete DeLaune, Tommy DeLaune and James "Jim" Brown, Jr. He was a graduate of I.T.T. Technical Institute with an Associates Degree in Computer Drafting and Design. He also was a member of the National Technical Honor Society. Brady was one of a kind with his own unique style and a caring heart for everyone around him. He loved hanging out with friends, being on the beach and spending time on the river with his family. He was very creative and had an amazing talent for art.
