Anthony L. "Tony" Townsend

Visitation will be held for Mr. Anthony L. “Tony” Townsend at Ourso Funeral Home on Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Friday morning, July 8, 2016 starting at 9:00 am and continuing until Funeral service time at 10:00 am. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel and burial will follow at Hope Haven Mausoleum in Gonzales. Mr. Townsend passed away at his home on Monday, July 4, 2016. He was 44 years old. Tony was the co-owner of Ero Maintenance, Inc. He is survived by his wife, Beth Bourgeois Townsend; daughters, Taylor Townsend, Chelse Cranfield; sons, Chase Cranfield, Cade Vaughn and wife Kassie; mother, Kathy Esteb; brother, Jeffrey Townsend and wife Julie; special nephew, Alex Townsend; paternal grandmother, Pauline Townsend; uncles, David Townsend and wife Patricia, Neil Esteb; in-laws, Dale and Brenda Robert, Claude and Carla Bourgeois. He is preceded in death by his father, Lee Edward Townsend; paternal grandfather, Vernon Clifton Townsend and maternal grandparents, Martha Lee Esteb and Ernest Neil Esteb, Sr. Pallbearers will be Cade Vaughn, Adrian Godchaux, Chase Cranfield, Todd Bourgeois, Jeffrey Townsend, David Townsend, Dave Smith and Quinton Bourque.
