Dale is survived by his loving wife; Linda, sons; John (Andrea) and Jason (Donna Blake-Reynolds), brother; Dan (Lana) Weaver and Little Bear. He is preceded in death by his parents; Ralph and Linnie Weaver.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 12:00 noon. Staging area A.
