Sandra Diane Finkbiner

April 25, 1935-March 2, 2017

Sandi Finkbiner, 81, of Glendora, California, entered eternal life March 2, 2017, peacefully in her home, with her two eldest sons at her side. Sandi was a very loving mother, and passionate about her career as an elementary school teacher. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, California State University, Fresno, and later Azusa Pacific University and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, to earn her Master's of Education. She loved gardening, nature and enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley's gospel recordings. Sandi was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Finkbiner. She is at last with her true love again. She is survived by her four children: Joe, Lisa, Glenn and John, as well as her four grandchildren: Macey, Melissa, Matt, John Gibson, and her brother Dick Vaniman.

Memorial services will be held April 7th, at the United Methodist Church in Glendora, at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to: Cure Alzheimer's Fund(curealz.com).
