Patrick James PUTNAM, age 67, of Azusa, California passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022. Patrick was born July 28, 1955.

A memorial service for Patrick will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Oakdale Memorial Chapel, 1401 S Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.

stating that She will be missed is a understatement, she will be dearly missed by family and close friends.
