I did not know you well, but, I knew your family and you did good with your love. What a mother should be, you were. Your children loved and learned from you. I know your going to continue to guide them and have a happy reunion with those that have gone before you.

My heart is saddened today. I miss you. You were always so very kind to me. Always, I will hold you in a special place in my heart. I may have not been your grandchild by blood, but you will always be Grandma to me. Your loving smile, and tender laughter will always bring a smile to my face, even now as I write this in tears. I do not hold them back, because I miss you. I will think of you when I see Jeopardy on TV. I will think of you when I see butterflies, and I know you will be there, smiling in my heart. Know that your life echoes through your children, your grandchildren, and your great grandchildren. Today I cry for you, in this far-away place, knowing I will not be able to be there. I miss you, but I know you will be in my heart, and that gives me a great smile from ear to ear. I love you Grandma. May you be at peace in the Kingdom of Heaven.

I feel privalaged to have been a part of Lorettas life.  She was and will always be "my lady", she will always have a special place in my heart.  Her kindness will always be an inspiration to me and her family.

Loretta touched my life in so many ways. She's a caring, loving, compassionate, sincere and honest soul. I hope to take what I have learned from her and live my life with as much love as she did. I wish her peace and serenity until I see her again, and to show her through my life and devotion just how much I have learned from her.  Rest in peace sweet Loretta. You will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
