Thank you everyone for sharing your memories she was a beautiful person with a loving heart, she was my gift from God. 

Jean was a special lady, I am so glad I was able to be part of her life. I’m Isabel Jesse Valdez is my brother married to Debbie her daughter 💖 Prayers and Blessings to Family 🙏🏻

Gramma Hammack will always have a special place in my heart. She was the kindest, most wonderful person anyone could have in their life. She taught me so much growing up and I love her dearly. She will be very missed. She was not my grandma by blood but she will always be my gramma hammack. 

Grandma was always the nicest sweetest person to me. My fondest memories of her are from my childhood. I spent many days with the family. She would pick me up and drive me to church. I remember one day driving to church and teasing her that she was racing the fire truck heading the same direction. She always had a smile. And she always reminded us to make good decisions. 
I will miss her so much. It was an honor to be able to call her grandma.  She might not have been family by blood but she will always be my grandma too.  
My thoughts and condolences to the family. I love you all 💕
