I am so sorry to learn of Gary's death.  It had been many years since I last saw him, but he was a regular part of my childhood.  His love and enjoyment of his family came across in every contact.  You have made him very proud and happy.  I am certain his death will leave a big void for you. I am so sorry.

Gary always worked hard to make everyone around him feel welcome and included in his house. He was a wonderful man with amazing skills and we will all miss him dearly.

Adam & I are truly sorry for your loss.  Just know that he is at peace & not suffering any more.  He & Kim are keeping each other company laughing, playing poker and doing their thing.  He was truly a good friend to us and will be missed.  Kim was so glad to see him before he passed.

We truly have lost a great neighbor and friend too soon.  May God keep you strong  in these difficult times. We are always here for you. We miss him so much.

Gary....you were one of a kind. You have been the kind of mentor that all bakery engineers has strived to live up to.You have helped so many of us in the past get to where we are today. I am so sorry for the passing of your beloved husband and father.  It was evident how much he loved you all and how proud he was of his family. Gary was a wonderful person and I have so many great memories as a kid staying at his house in the summer. Leukemia is a devastating illness and took my dad, Gary's Uncle Jerry, as well. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Carla an I are heartbroken for your loss. We will always remember Gary and his wonderful way of making everyone feel so welcomed into your home and the pride and love he exuded when talking about his family. We can't imagine the loss you have had and the emptiness you must feel. We want you to know that we will always be here for you for anything and that we have you in our prayers.

My heart breaks for you all in the loss of your beloved husband and dad.  I have wonderful memories of Gary, playing in the ravine in his back yard.  It saddens me to hear that he had the same disease as my dad.  You are in my thoughts and prayers during this time of loss.

So sorry for your loss and my condolences to you and your family. Gary was the coolest and I remember he could fix anything! He used to come to my Dads house when we were little to hook up my dads hi fi (not Wi Fi , hi fi as in high fidelity ,  a stereo system b4 iPods) and the Lionel train set for us kids! I remember him working on the engine of a RV at your grandpa Hanks house too. Your Dad was brilliant like his father ,your Grandpa ,Hank the Engineer. Although I can't imagine how tough this must be for you and your family I do believe Gary had an amazing life with his beautiful family and you were truly blessed to have such a great Dad! So sorry he was taken away much too soon.

I always enjoyed working with Gary, he was never afraid to voice his opinion or share past experiences if he thought they may help. Always a pleasure to deal with and talk to. 
I know he will be missed by all.
