Gail Lynne Branson, 59, of Glendora, California passed away at her home on January 2, 2015. Gail was born in Furstenfeldbrook, Germany at an Air Force Base hospital on December 27, 1955 to Beverly Ann James Branson and Sidney (Sid) Eugene Branson. She graduated from St. Charles High School and attended a couple years at Hannibal–LaGrange University.
At 10 months old Gail moved with her family to Belton, Missouri (Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base). She also lived at Air Force bases at Albuquerque, New Mexico and Tacoma Washington before moving to St. Charles, Missouri in 1966 when her father settled back in to civilian life.
Gail worked as a medical transcriptionist in a Jefferson City, Missouri hospital, and then 20 years ago moved to Glendora, California where she continued in the medical transcription field. Gail enjoyed beading, crochet, knitting, and sewing. Gail is survived by her mother, Beverly Branson; sister, Sandra Branson; niece, Jessica Ramona Rush; and was predeceased by her father, Sid Branson and sister, Billie Sue Branson Rush.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Gail’s name to the American Heart Association.
