A rosary service for Frank will be held Monday, October 16, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Chapel, 1401 S Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sunset Chapel.
