Felipe is my Sons Father in law, Marci is my daughter in-law. On my first meeting with him at Brian, Marcis home wasChristmas Eve an tamales were being made, I helped an Felipe  saw my shapes and sizes and was making funny comments in Spanish, not knowing that I understand , so I said the taste is what’s important not the shape, we both laughed. I enjoyed the comedy he brought to the tamale table. Rest In Peace dear sweet Felipe 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

To a man I admire and love I say this...
You were a strong man who came here with little to nothing and built your destiny. A wonderful man to all, a caring husband, and a loving father to his children and grandchildren. He loved his kids and having them around. He was a proud man. I enjoyed our times together. You would always ask me “mucho trabajo?” And then somehow we would talk even though my Spanish is horrible,(lol) we seemed to always understand each other. Marcy would translate as we got deeper in to discussion. I enjoyed that. 
You loved you family with everything and I try to live by your example. You brought joy to everyone. 
The best part of visiting was seeing what you have built or designed and made from nothing parts and scrapes. You were always making something in the back. 
I can rest easier now that you are in heaven with your brother and at your final place of rest. 
Now to celebrate your life and remember you. The funny stories I have been told and will be told again and again. We will laugh and rejoice your memory. I’m sure you are up there in heaven building something for someone already.  You can relax now. I will take it from here and watch over your family and take care of your daughter.

I am forever grateful to have known you and shared with you so many memories ❤️ I will cherish all the Birthdays and Holidays we shared together as a family. Thank you for loving and caring for my girls. You were not only my father-in-law bu also my friend. I will miss our conversations and your funny jokes. We talked about anything and everything but what I will cherish the most is you telling me your stories of your younger days. Papa, gracias le doy a Dios por los momentos que compartimos en familia juntos. Siempre tendre tus Cumpleaños y dias festivos que compartimos. Gracias por ser un padre ejemplar para mi y ensenarme a ser un hombre trabajador como Dios manda. Gracias por ser un abuelito amoroso y cariñoso para con mis hijos. Como voy a estrañar llevarte a comer mariscos. Recuerdo en un dia de los padres que nos fuimos a San Pedro a comer mariscos y como nos divertinos con los musicos. Voy a estranar tus cantos y tu corrido que tanto que te gustava de Antonio Aguilar, “Corrido de Mauricio Rosales”. Voy a estrañar mirarte todos los días en tu cuarto y mis ñiñas siempre buscandote en cuanto entraban a la clasa, me decias que eran tu despertador. Voy a estrañar nuestras idas a Shaky’s a comer pollo y pizza.  Siempre me decias que le davas gracias a Dios por aver encontrado una esposa como Liz y averme casado como Dios manda. Te amo Papa y siempre te voy a tener en mi corazon y gracias Dios por averme dado la opportunidad de ver compartido con mi padre todos estos años. 

Mi abuelito oh how I'm going to miss that beautiful smile, when you sang las manintas for everyone's birthday I'm never going to forget that voice because you sounded like the famous VICENTE lol 😂 te quiero mucho and I will always forever love you ! 

My abuelito. Your passing hurts me very deeply, but I know you are at peace and smiling at every single one of us. I’m glad I made you proud and I want want you to know that I had recently purchased an Accordion and was hoping you can see me play it. It bothers me that I can’t find a picture with just us two. I only have videos. I will forever remember all the memories from going to the store to get water and groceries , or even going with you to buy Chinese food for Sylvia and abuelita. Living there with you guys while going to school and getting to see you everyday was such a blessing. So many memories I’m glad I have. I love so much abuelo , it hurts to say goodbye but I do know I will see you again. It’s going to be a struggle to get passed this. I am so proud to have the name Felipe. Es difícil creer que te hayas ido. Recé para que mejoraras, así que Dios te trajo al cielo para estar libre de tu dolor y sufrimiento. Siempre tuviste el alma más amable y dulce y siempre me hiciste reír. Me sentia segura contigo. Tus expresiones faciales eran muy divertidas y eran algo que esperaba ver cuando los visitara. Lo que más me gusta es el amor que ambos compartimos por los caballos ❤️  Me acuerdo del caballo de juguete que me regalaste en mi cumpleaños cuando estaba chica para poder subirme. Siempre me consentías. Siempre fuiste tan astuto, desde tus billeteras hasta la construcción de mesas y gabinetes. Hasta me hiciste un estante para mis zapatos. La última vez que te vi, me abrazaste cuando me iba a pesar de que sabías que no deberías. No pudiste resistir las ganas, pero estoy muy agradecida de haber podido tener ese último momento de amor y calidez, como si supiéramos que iba a ser la última vez que estaríamos juntos. Estás en el cielo ahora y ya no estás sufriendo. Te gustaban mucho las franelas, algo que cuando usé siempre pensaré en ti. Siempre nos trajiste alegría y consuelo, y aunque desearía tenerte aquí más tiempo, sé que me cuidas a mí y a mi familia. Siempre te amaré y les contaré a mis futuros hijos sobre mi dulce abuelito. Es difícil ver a mi abuelita y Sylvia sin ti. Y visitar y saber que no estarás esperando ahí para recibirnos en tu habitación o sala. Sé que desde el cielo cuidaras a toda nuestra familia. Siempre tendrás un lugar especial en mi corazón te quiero mucho Pa ❤️

Su partida nos ha dejado una gran pena en el corazón  pero su vida y recuerdos siempre vivirán en mi.  Primero, porque usted fue un ejemplo a seguir como hijo, esposo, padre, hermano y tío. Siempre tan galan, y respetuoso ...Nunca olvidaré cuanto lo quería mi mamá. En Dios espero, que estén gozando juntos ante la presencia  del Altísimo y con  mis abuelitos y tíos. Descanse en Paz tío Felipe.

Aún no puedo creer que ya no estás con nosotros. Extraño tu voz, tus chistes, tu risa, tus cantos y hasta tus preguntas 😆... Eres el mejor padre que Diosito me pudo aver dado. Tan cariñoso y atento conmigo y tus nietos. Eres un padre y abuelo  ejemplar. Tengo en mi mente grabado todos los bonitos recuerdos que me dejaste. Si hubiese sabido la última vez que te vi sería la última te hubiera abrazado fuerte por horas y horas. Desafortunadamente debido a la crisis que vivimos con la pandemia solo un abrazo de lejitos te di. Un abrazo al aire como decíamos. Ay papi como me acuerdo de tus llamadas cuando me preguntabas como estaba y me decías que si bien o mas o menillos y me preguntabas qué cuanto te quería como de aquí hasta dónde. Tan lindo siempre. Si pudiera hablar contigo ahora te diría que estoy triste y que me haces falta pero aquí estoy hechandole ganas cuidando de mis niños, de Sylvia y mi mami como hubieras querido.
