I had the pleasure of meeting, studying with and getting to know Beth in graduate school at Rosemead in LaMirada, CA, in 1986-1987.  I was not only impressed by her bright and energetic mind--she could multitask better than about anyone I've ever met--she was one of the most truly kind, gentle and focused people I have had the pleasure to know.  She was a sparkler!  And, it was such a bittersweet discovery to locate her today; my grief was horrific: she had so much to give.  And, although I lost touch with her after moving home to Kansas, I always knew Beth would be a star.  After seeing her memorial slide show, I can see that she was... and is!  God bless you all; my thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss.

I only recently learned of Beth's passing, and all the memories came rushing back.  I admired her more than she ever knew during our time at Lee High School. My deepest condolences to Beth's family.

Beth was my first counselor who heard my cries for help. She worked at Trinity Presbyterian Church. She brought me through some very dark places with her humor, compassion, and empathic spirit. I am now a counselor and I think it has alot to do with how she helped me overcome major difficulties in my life. I am sorry for your loss and will be praying that God will comfort you and yours in the days to come.

I just learned of Beth's passing through a dream.  This was very sad news.  She was a wonderful and caring person, loved by all.  My heartfelt condolences and prayers are offered for her and her family.  I know she's residing peacefully and happily with God.  Love to all.

My husband and I have so valued our time with Beth.  She modeled not taking oneself too seriously yet faithfully served God, family and friends. Her wit and wisdom will always be remembered!  Our sincerest condolences are with all of her family. She will be sorely missed.

I offer my deepest sympathy to Beth's family. I admired Beth for 45 years, I guess - ever since I first met her at Shelburne Junior High School. I'm so very sorry to hear of her passing.

Beth is a gift to family, friends, and a multitude of others, gone too soon but in our hearts and souls forever.
