Richard Schweizer, of Glendale; passed away on May 13th 2014 at 80 years of age. Born in Germany, Mr. Schweizer was the beloved husband of Elfriede (nee Sterr). He was the loving father of Catherine Kemp and Richard Schweizer, dearest grandfather of 3 and great-grandfather of 1. Mr. Schweizer is also survived by his siblings, Robert, Annalise, Alois, Michael and Elizabeth. A Mass of Christian burial will take place Friday, May 16th 9:30am at Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Final disposition will take place at Fresh Pond Crematory.
