William Schulte Stout Jr was born on April 19th 1943 to William and Bertha Stout. He attended school and at the age of 11 worked in the lettuce fields. He was drafted by the army in 1965 and served two years in Vietnam. He was in survival forces and received a Bronze star and Purple Heart. After his honorable discharge Bill then served the Army National Guard as a crew chief in charge of the Huey Helicopters until 1993.
Bill worked for Crystal Bottled Waters for several years and developed many long lasting friendships.
Bill is survived by his wife Josephine Stout, stepdaughter Jennifer Ward, grandson Davion Davis, Niece Stacey, Nephew Scott and his son Billy Stout.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, sister Jeanette Duster and nephew Stephen Alford
