of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on April 13, 2010. Survived by his wife Mary, two sons Eric and Daniel, two sisters Elizabeth and Kay, two brothers Michael and Keith, and his grand daughter Theresa. He was a foreman in the concrete labor industry and was a member of Laborers International Union of North America for 30 years. Bill served in the Army during the Viet Nam conflict. He was a avid fisherman and gardener. He had a real passion for baseball and coached little league up to legion baseball. He umpired USSSA softball.
