Toni Ortiz

Antonia "Toni" Ortiz, daughter of Irene and Juan Aspeitia, 70, passed away peacefully in her Peoria home early Tuesday morning, August 7, 2018, surrounded by beloved family members and her little Chihuahua "Jimmy." Toni was raised in Glendale, Arizona and attended Glendale High School. She was a devoted wife of 47 years, proud mother of 4 daughters, a teacher of young children, possessed a strong faith in God, and always lived to the absolute fullest, through life's simple pleasures. Toni also worked with her sisters, as a part owner with Josie Aspeitia Milan for 29 years at the former Josie's Mexican Food in Glendale. She is survived by her husband John, 4 daughters - Becky, Norma, Veronica and Cecilia, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, 3 sisters, 1 brother and many nieces and nephews. Rosary will be held Monday, August 13, 2018 at 9 am located at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
