Steve Russell Stair

Passed away February 11, 2013. He was born September 6, 1955 to Dean and Della Stair in Phoenix, AZ. Steve was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. He took great pride in having four wonderful and caring children. And he adored his three beautiful granddaughters. He was very hard working and loved helping others and everyone he met was his friend. There is not anything he wouldn't do to help anyone he knew. He could fix anything and would always offer to help and then end up doing it himself. He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl of 27 years. Daughters Shannon and Kristen and her husband Tony Holtz. Sons Jared and Jordan. Third son Jon Potter. Granddaughters Attia, Kassidy and Kailyn. Parents Dean and Della Stair. Brothers Glen and wife Patty, Don and wife Karen. His father in law James Vollenhals and his brothers and sisters in law. He will be missed beyond words. A service of remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday. February 18, 2013 at Chapel of the Chimes. 7924 N 59th Ave, Glendale. Interment will be at Resthaven Cemetery in Glendale.
