age 54 has left this life to be with the Lord on November 28, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Julie and their children Shannon (Ries) and Ryan; along with his parents Jim and MaryAnn, sister Cindy McDade (Mike) and brother Todd (Jackie) and many nieces and nephews. Scott was a graduate of NAU and worked in the food service industry in sales and marketing. A celebration of his life will be held at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church 9728 Palmeras Dr., Sun City, AZ on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.
