Roy Kenneth Consla

He was born on October 13, 1937, in Pennsylvania at Meadville City Hospital. His parents, Merritt Andrew Consla and Margaret Esther Sorg Consla both preceded him in death.

Roy attended Crawford County Public Schools through grade 8 and graduated from Conneaut Summit High School. After graduation he served 4 years in the Navy. Soon after his discharge he joined the United States Air Force and completed 20 years of service. He then worked at Honeywell in the electronics department for 20 years. He earned an Associate Degree at Glendale Community College.

He married Shirley Ann Schultz Coppess in June of 1968 and adopted her son George Allen.

Roy has one sister, Kay Shilling, a niece and a nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Nov 14, 2023 at the National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road.
