50 of Phoenix, AZ passed away on February 25, 2012. A visitation will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale AZ 85301 on March 3, 2012 from 1-2pm with services starting at 2pm. Interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery (Glendale).
