He was born on May 18, 1938 in Uvalde, Texas to the late Jose and Maria Flores. Roberto was one of 10 children.
He is survived by his wife Belia, three sons Roberto, Jr., Richard & David, four sisters Mary, Lupe, Oralia & Lila, five grandsons Ricky, Richie, Robert, Jr., Aaron & Alex and four great grandchildren Dane, Amera, Jared & Liliana.
In addition to his parents Roberto was preceded in death by four brothers Jose, Tony, Ruben & Chewy, one sister Lecha and a grandson Joseph.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 6-9PM with a scripture service at 8PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 10AM at St. Helen Church, 5510 W. Cholla Street, Glendale. Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
