Age 70, of Sun City, passed away on November 3, 2011. Robert was born in Washington D.C. on November 15, 1940. He retired from SCI after 20 years of service to families. Robert is survived by his beloved wife, JoAnna; children: Tony Schurz, Teri Howsden, Troy Schurz, Albert (Jennifer) Slucher, Rebecca Slucher, Maria (Bob) Travers, and Dawn Leisch; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM, Wednesday, November 9 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, with Rosary at 7 PM. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 10 at West Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
