Robert Lee Holmes

Robert was born June 13, 1936 in Jacksonville, Illinois to George and Dimple Holmes. He was married on December 3, 1955 to Patricia (Lovell). Together they had three children; Robert M. Holmes, David A. Holmes and William S. Holmes (wife-Kathy).

In addition to his parents and wife, Robert is preceded in death by one brother; Donald Holmes and sisters; Evelyn Beck, Hazel Jockish, Kathern Holmes.

Survivors include his three children, Brothers; Marshall Holmes, Charles Holmes and Sisters; Vivian Rouland, Ethel Megginson, Georgie Langdon. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; Linda Holmes, Robert Holmes, David Holmes, Jennifer Crompton (husband-Dale), Brandon Holmes, James Holmes & Scott Holmes (wife-Melissa), many Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews whom he loved dearly.

A visitation will be held at Chapel of Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301 on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 3:00-5:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
