Robert G. Anderson

He was born in Huntington County, Indiana on August 18, 1926.

Bob served with the United States Army during WWII, 82nd Airborne Division in Europe. He was a salesman with Prudential Insurance for over 30 years until his retirement. Bob was a member of the American Legion and the 82nd Airborne Arizona Chapter.

Bob is survived by his wife Frances, three children Marty, Kurt (Toni), & Lynn (Clarence) Gabriel, two step-children Mary (Rodney) Cobb & Tom (Debbie) Scoggin, three granddaughters Gina Blair, Melissa (Tim) Melton & Kimberly (Erik) Humphrey, seven step-grandchildren Andrea Key, Jeanne Frost, Brian Baker, Nathan Baker, Laura Scoggin, Katherine Reynolds & Jacob Scoggin. Also surviving are seven great grandchildren, ten step-great grandchildren and longtime friend Edward Darling.

A celebration of Bob’s life will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 10AM at Christ's Church of the Valley, Building 300, 7007 W Happy Valley Road, Peoria. Bob was laid to rest with military honors at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
