Richard Patrick Parker was born March 17, 1930 in Oswego, New York, died peacefully on December 23, 2013, with daughter Beverly Collins, holding his hand. He fought in the Korean & Vietnam wars and was extremely proud to serve his country and retire as an Air Force Veteran. He was a true patriot. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Parker, son, Timothy and daughter, Brenda. He is survived by his sister, Pat Reidy, and his six daughters, Barbara, Beverly, Bette Sue, Pamela, Paula and Patsy, along with 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. There will be a private family service on January 10th at West Resthaven Funeral Home in Glendale, Arizona.
