Raymond Edward Howard was born April 27, 1936 in South Dakota, to Marion (Phelps) and Clarence Howard. Raymond lived in Iowa, California, and Arizona. Raymond passed away September 11, 2015 in Bloomfield, Iowa. He is survived by his children Karen, Don, Jenny, Wayne, and Shirley, also his eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
The services for Raymond will held at 01:00 pm at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary located at, 7924 N. 59th Ave Glendale, AZ 85301. He will be laid to rest at Resthaven Cemetery located at, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301 at 2:00pm.
