Ramiro married Tarcila Sandoval on October 11, 1975. They just celebrated their 47th anniversary of being married and sealed in the Mesa Temple.
Ramiro’s life was his family, he loved his children. His grandchildren were his real pride and joy. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids in the car. From when they were young to adults, he always dropped everything to be available to give them a ride if they needed it.
Ramiro was a joker, he always had something funny to add and always had a one-legged joke ready. Minus One is one of his other aliases among the people he loved.
He also had a love for sports, mainly baseball. Music and genealogy were some of his favorite pastimes. Ramiro was a multitasker when it came to his hobbies. He could often be found with music playing, a sports game on tv, while also working on his genealogy all simultaneously.
Ramiro is survived by his wife Tarcila, four children Viviana (W. Jason) Tebalt, Gabriel Cruz, Maximiano Cruz & Vanessa (Jamie) Booth, sister Carmen Maya, ten grandchildren Elissa (Jeremy) Steiner, Vivian Aragon, Archibald Aragon, Jacob Aragon, Kiana Tebalt, Kaiden Booth, Hunter Booth, Grayson Booth, Jae Booth & Isaac Booth. Ramiro was really looking forward to being a great grandfather as his first great grandchild is due in December. He has been telling everyone for months now, “I’m going to be GREAT!”
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Ralph Cruz & Max Cruz, sister Virginia Gatica and his left leg.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 6-8PM and Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 9-10AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4748 W Orangewood Ave, Glendale.
