Ralph Gardner

Ralph W. Gardner said his final goodbye on September 6, 2015. He was 91 years old. Treasured husband to Effie, beloved father to Janet and Larry, brother to Dorothy, cherished grandfather to April, Kim, LaTrisha, Christopher, Justin, Jayson, Leland, Gina and many great grandchildren. Born in Deming, New Mexico, he called Phoenix his home for the last 55 years. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Ralph's greatest accomplishment was that he lived to love Jesus, always putting others before himself. His love was unconditional, his ability to forgive limitless. Ralph worked with his hands most of his life, he could fix anything, create the extraordinary out of nothing, catch anything from fish to chipmunks. His hands would reach out to anyone in need and offer comfort. His hands prayed for the world. He is in our Lord's hands now, but his incredible legacy will live in our hearts always. Ralph’s memorial service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ on September 15, 2015 at 11am.
