Age 83, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed quietly away with his family at his side on Sunday, October 7th 2012 at his daughters home in Murrieta, California. He was born in Phoenix, AZ on October 2nd 1929 to Pedro and Ruth ("Cuca") Gonzales. He married Cecilia (Coronado) Gonzales on Dec. 29th 1951, who preceded him in 2005 at age 77. Preceded in death by his parents; sister Maria, brothers Ralph & Joe, Pete is survived by his brother Gilbert Gonzales. He will be dearly missed by his 5 children; Sons Richard, Ruben and Pete Gonzales Jr. Daughters Anna Calzadias and Christina Harris, 16 Grand children and 15 Great Granchildren. Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM, Friday, October 12 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 13 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Avondale.
