Nicole Graziosi passed away unexpectedly on July 28, 2019.
She was born in Port Jefferson, New York on October 31, 1984 to Edward and Patricia Graziosi.
Nicole had a love of helping people and worked in the mental health field as a recovery coach.
She resided with her boyfriend Logan Wayerski and they shared a baby boy Spencer who was born on Valentine’s Day.
Nicole is survived by her parents Eddie and Patricia, son Spencer, maternal grandmother Betty Livingstone, brother Gerry and his wife Ashley, nephews Evan & Nolan, boyfriend Logan and many extended family and friends.
