Martha G. Rios

She was born on April 24, 1946 to the late Carmen Gallegos in Meoqui, Chihuahua. Martha,

despite only having a 3rd grade education, was a very successful business owner in the

newspaper industry. On Feb. 10, 1961 she married the love of her life, Ralph G. Rios.

She and her husband were inseparable and she loved spending time with family, immediate and

extended. She was a very strong woman with an enormous heart. She always gave of herself

to family and anyone that was in need.

Martha is survived by her loving spouse of 60 yrs Ralph G Rios, her children, Ralph Rios Jr.,

Mario Alberto Rios, Monica Rios Jones, her son-in-law Ron Jones, her daughter’s in law, Teresa

Rios, Valerie Rios, 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, her

siblings, Armando Jaquez, Jaime Jaquez, Rosa Jaquez. She was preceded in death by her son

Jose Mauricio Rios and her granddaughter Alicia Marie Navarro.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2022 at Christ Church of the Valley

1565 N 113th Ave. Avondale, AZ

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Feb 3, 2022 at Resthaven Cemetery 6450 W.
