Lynn Smith, 73 of Glendale, Arizona passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on May 21, 2023. Lynn was born on June 13th, 1949 and grew up in Stamford, Connecticut. She moved to Tennessee where she raised her family and earned her college degree from Steeds College. Lynn had a successful career for more than 40 years as a C-Suite level executive assistant. Throughout her career, she worked in various prominent industries with her most recent being golf.
Lynn spent many years in Kissimmee, Florida where she found her love for the beach, before residing in Arizona where she has spent the last 25 years.
She was a member of Christ Community Church in Glendale, Arizona . She had a passion for her family (especially her three granddaughters), her friends, anything purple, scrapbooking, golf, giraffes, dolphins, photography, and spending any time she could at the beach, specifically Maui, Hawaii.
She is predeceased by her son Daniel Mark and leaves behind her two daughters, Michele Pittman and Jennifer Silva. Her three granddaughters, Jesseca Taylor, Sarah Elizabeth and Savannah Danielle. Her brother Rick Burkhardt and his wife Cathy of Stamford, CT, and her precious fur-baby Bristol.

A Memorial Service for Lynn will be held Thursday June 1, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 North 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
