Kathryn Sine

Kathryn Sue Sine, age 60, of Phoenix, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 in Chandler, Arizona. Kathy was born on October 1, 1959 to Eddie Eugene Sine and Ruth Glenda Rowland, in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Ocotillo Elementary School and Washington High School, graduating in 1977; then furthered her education at Grand Canyon University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, where she was awarded the Honor of Fellow. Kathy was a gifted teacher and a passionate track and field coach.

But, her most cherished role was that of being a Mom. She poured everything she had into her children, including her beautiful example of a servant’s heart, due to her commitment as a follower of Jesus Christ.

She excelled at and enjoyed many sports, including racquetball, tennis, softball, swimming, track, football. She also enjoyed a wide range of activities including biking, rollerblading, and snow and water skiing.

Kathryn is survived by her parents; 2 children, Lance and Makensie; 2 siblings; 5 grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.
