To a beloved sister-in-law. Its been a year now since your death.I know you are busy watching and protecting your loved ones. Today I'm going through paperwork and ran onto Mom's stuff, like the 3 papers I bought with her obituary and the notes from her eulogy that Jim, my husband, so eloquently wrote at a much needed time.  He is so good at that kind of thing. This morning I woke up with just a glimmer of sun shining right on Mom's cross like a spotlight.  I feel she came by to say hello.  I hope others are getting visits from my mother.  If she's the first to come to mind during unexpected occurrences, then it was probably her.

I was blessed to have spent the last 5 months with Mom and to have had some real good conversations with her and to help her feel a little bit like her normal self and give he the dignaty that she diserved.  Thank you for always being ther for us. You will always be missed here on earth but I know you are very happy. I love you Mom.

Oliver and I will miss our weekly dinner  on Fridays with you, fun and laughter and talking of old times. My dear sister you will be so  missed,    I will always remember,Your love for Christmas and Holidays for family, Baking cookies and canndies for your loved ones.And your purious pets. You had so much love to give and never asked for anything in return.Our heart wishes lots of  Kitties and Doggies in haven and a large stove to fix your wonderful foods and dinners and many loved one sitting around the table talking of  those wonderful old times. June will trully be missed by Bill and I! We were in homeroom together and stayed friends with our husbands being friends! All of the couples moved far apart but still kept in touch. It was an awesome reunion when the chance came about that we all got together. She is now having her own reunion with loved ones!! Bill and Etta Walker

We were really sorry to hear June had passed away so soon-  we had hoped she would overcome the illness so she could have more years to love her four amazing daughters and her beautiful grandchildren (sorry Nicholas--to us grandmothers, even the boys are beautiful).  She was a talented artist, baker, candy maker, friend to animals, and so much more.. We will miss her.

I am so blessed to have been able to visit my mother and spend some time singing to her and letting her know that Jesus loves her.  I gave her a loving massage and held her.  God orchestrated everything for me to be there for her.  My sisters, my husband and myself witnessed something beautiful that will be in our hearts and minds for eternity.  God needed her for baking up something good in heaven.  
But if you happen to smell butter cream frosting or cookie dough out of no where, it may be my mom stopping by to say hi.  I love you Mom.

I am so sorry for the loss of June, one of our dear family members that has left us with some wonderful memories. I remember going to June and Lonnie's house on Christmas Day and June would always have some good home made candy like Divinity and cookies. That impressed me the most was how she loved to cook. She was a wonderful sister-in-law and she will be missed greatly.

Dillon and I were sitting at a Restaurant last week-end and he started talking about how much he enjoyed going to Lonnie and June's there in Connersville and riding horses and how he enjoyed the visit with them when we went to Phoenix.

 We were also at Cracker Barrell last week-end and I saw the Divinity Candy there and it reminded me of June. I mentioned that to Dillon. She always made that for Christmas when they lived in Connersville. It was always soooo goood!! I loved her Divinity.

I am Lonnie's sister for those who do not know me. June was a very nice sister-in-law. I remember when they came to Connersville the last time and we had a family get-together at the park in Connersville, the first thing that she said was "where is your red car?" She like our red Grand Marquis. She will be truly missed.

HAVING ONLY 2 CHILDREN WAS HARD ENOUGH, AND MINE WERE 7 YRS APART, BUT TO HAVE HAD 4 GIRLS IN CLOSE AGE PROXIMITY MUST HAVE BEEN NERVE RACKING. WE HAVE SOME VERY FOND MEMERIES GROWING UP. SHE WAS THE ROCK THAT HELD OUR HOME TOGETHER GROWING UP. DAD WORKED NIGHTS MOSTLY, AS I RECALL, SO  SHE WAS THERE WHEN WE GOT HOME FROM SCHOOL AND MADE SURE WE HAD GOOD MEALS AND DIDN'T BURN DOWN THE HOUSE OR KILL EACH OTHER. 
I COULD ALWAYS TALK TO HER ABOUT ISSUES I WAS HAVING OR ASK ADVISE, I.E.. SMOKING, AND YES SEX WHEN I WAS YOUNG, AND SHE LISTENED AND PROVIDED GOOD ADVISE. 
SHE TAUGHT US GOOD FROM BAD, HOW TO COOK, SEW AND SHE AND DAD GAVE ME THE GIFT OF LOVING HORSES. TAUGHT US ABOUT TAKEN CARE OF ANIMALS AND A BIT ABOUT GARDENING. (I HATED PICKING THE GREEN BEANS CAUSE IT WAS HOT AND THERE WERE SPIDERS.)
SHE BROUGHT US TOGETHER DURING THE HOLIDAYS UNTIL HER BODY WOULD NO LONGER GIVE HER THE ABILITY TO COOK. 
I HAVE SO MANY GREAT MEMORIES OF MY MOM, TAKING HER TO LUNCH, JUST SHE AND I THEN SHARING A WONDERFUL DESSERT. OR, WHEN SHE USED TO COOK WHEN I WAS LITTLE, GIVING US GIRLS A TASTE OR LICKING THE BEATERS AFTER SHE HAD MADE A CAKE, COOKIES OR ICING. 
I WILL MISS HER DEARLY, THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO SHARE, SHE DIED TOO YOUNG.

The last time I saw grandma and grandpa was in 2006. My second daughter was just born. I loved how she always spoke her mind. Never was she afraid to tell anyone how she felt about something. I know she will be missed. She is in a much better place now. I miss you all. I wish I could have been with you in this time of sorrow. I love you.

Lonnie ,I am sorry to hear about June. I know she will be a great lost I remember when you started dating when we working with Hall's cleaning service. As they say that was the good old days.

I'm sorry for the loss of June. I've thought of her and everyone a lot since I heard the news. I wish I could be there with everyone. 
My memories are back in Indiana of course, but I never saw aunt June in a bad mood and I can hear her voice in my memory very well. 
I'm thankful for the family memories, and thankful June is a part of them.

I was so grateful to have such an amazing grandma. I remember shopping days we spent together. Going to antique stores :) I always look forward to the holidays she always made the best pumpkin pies :) My grandma will be truly missed! Love you grandma

I am blessed to have had a caring grandmother, she was always concerned about her family and was always there for the people she loved.. I know I will miss her dearly and her homemade butter cream icing ;) Love you Grandma!

As Tamra's co-workers, we extend our sincere condolences at this difficult time. She must have been an incredible woman, her blessings can be seen in her daughter. God bless and we hope you all find peace during this time. We love you Tamra - safe travels when you head home.

What a Blessing to have had such wonderful times with my Aunt June. I will miss my dominos partner. We loved to share our baking stories. What an amazing woman. She was always there for me through all these years, whenever I needed her. I named a cookie at the bakery after her. Aunt Junes candy cane cookies. It was her recipe after all that I was using. She loved so many of the same things I love. Its amazing how much those close to us shape our very lives into what they are. Holidays, celebrations and everyday living will not be the same without her here with us all. Love you so much!!

I am so glad we planned a trip to Arizona in 2009 to visit my brother and sister-in-law, Lonnie and June.  We have some precious memories of good times together. When families live so far apart, it's more difficult to get together unless you plan it. I loved June.  I'm proud to say she was a friend.
