She was the most selfless person anyone could ever know. She would go to whatever extreme she had to, to help anyone in need. You did not even have to ask her since it was in her nature as a caregiver to give or support you whole heartedly even though she had very little herself at times. Juliana only had an eighth grade education however she did go back to pursue her GED when she was 42. She was the greatest mom and grandma ever and lived for her children and grandchildren.
Juliana is survived by her sons William (Bill [Rose]) Schunter of Yigo Guam, Donald (Cecilia) Stone of Escondido, California; daughters Barbara (Robert) Campton of Glendale, Arizona and Donna (Roy) Hoover of Colton, Oregon; fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren; sisters Anna (Jim) Cruz-Osborn of East Liverpool, Ohio, Maria Cruz Toves of Chalan Pago, Guam and brother Jose Cruz of Chalan Pago, Guam.
She is preceded in death by relatives Antonio Cruz, Elizabeth Cruz, Dolores (Barcie [Theodore]) Llanes, Rita Cruz, Juan (Segundo [Margarita]) Cruz, Rosalita Alvarez Cruz, Frances (Paz [Jose]) Mendiola, Juan Toves, Vicente Cruz and Crisologo Cruz.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Christ's Church of the Valley 7007 W. Happy Valley Rd in Peoria at 11:00 am with a reception to follow.
A worship service will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Grace Lutheran Church 643 W. 13th Ave in Escondido, California at 10:30 am with reception to follow at 940 Martin Dr. Escondido, California.
