Joe Stover was born December 24, 1936. He passed away July 8, 2020.
Joe was born to Leo and Myrtle Stover in Kingston, West Virginia. He has
been married to Sally Stover since 1960. It would have been their 60
anniversary on July 22, 2020.
Joe was a member of Phoenix Revival Center/Apostolic Heritage Church
for over 60 years. He loved his church, family, and the Dallas Cowboys.
He is predeceased in death by his parents, Leo and Myrtle Stover. His two
brothers, Smokey and David, his sister Maggie.
Joe is survived by his wife Sally Sover and two daughters, Tanya and
Michele. His two brothers and their wives, Osie and Mary Stover, Ted and
Sandy Stover.
