John E. Gearhart Jr.

64, of Phoenix, AZ went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2015. He was born in Parkersburg, WV and

moved to Phoenix, AZ at the age of 5. He worked at Precision Components and was a member of the

Arizona Cowboy Shooters Association. John loved the Lord and, attended Palmcroft Baptist Church. He is

survived by Susan Gearhart, Leona Fields, Kelly and Linda Franklin, nephews Matthew, Brian and Kelly

Franklin, niece Tracy Bedminster, great nephews Keenan, Hunter, and Coleton Franklin, great nieces

Brenna and Ashlyn Franklin and extended family in West Virginia. Memorial services will be held at West

Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301 on July 3, 2015 from 11 am-12pm with a two hour

visitation prior to the service. The family suggests donations be made to a favorite charity of your choice or Grand

Canyon University. Rest in peace John, you will be sorely missed.
