Joe V. Cline

Joe Vestut Cline, age 97, of Phoenix, passed away on Thursday March 11,2021. He was born on April 11, 1923, in Appalachia, VA, to Andrew Cline and Elizabeth McNutt. Joe was a retired Technical Sergeant, for the United States Air Force. He was married to Vera, in Texas, on September 29, 1949. He was a proud member of the USAF and the Glendale Nazarene Church.

He enjoyed being with his family, sharing about his military stories, and traveling when he was younger.

He is survived by his 2 sons, Roger Cline and David Cline. His brother Sam Cline (Linnie) His grandchildren, Stacey Alexander (Nicholas), Britney Cline, Andrea Stankosky (John), Richard Cline (Dara), Ronald Cline, and Bob Cline. Plus multiple great grandchildren, other family, friends, and acquaintances. He is preceded in death, by his loving wife, Vera Cline.

A visitation will be held from 10:00am at Chapel of the Chimes 7924 N. 59th Ave Glendale Arizona with a funeral service to follow. A committal service will be held at Resthaven Cemetery, at 1:00 pm with military honors.
