Joan Rose Mares

Joan R Mares, 86, of Glendale, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 in Glendale, Arizona. She was born on July 4, 1936 to the late Lawrence and LaVerne Miles of Chicago, Illinois. Joan was married to Orlando Mares (1958-1987). Joan is survived by Domenic Martino (partner) of 28 yrs, her sister Sharon Miles and her four children; Roland Mares, Juanita Salerno (Robert), James (Laura) Lucia Mares. Six grand children; Robert Salerno II (Patricia), Amanda (Jeremy) Tanner, Gage (Katrina), Joshua and Samantha Clark (Michael). Eight great grand children; Grace and Savanah, Kayden, Kaylee, Sophia, Tanner Jr, Audrey, and Wayne.. With many beloved nieces, nephews, family and friends. Joan is predeceased in death by two sisters Eileen Albee (Bruce) and Gayle Gawlik (Don) and late husband Orlando.

A Visitation will be on Monday November 7, 2022 at 9 AM located at Chapel of The Chimes Mortuary 7924 N 59th AVe. Glendale, Arizona 85301.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 7, 2022, at Chapel of The Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave. Glendale, Arizona 85301, A Graveside service will follow at West Resthaven Park Cemetery 6450 West Northern Ave Glendale, Arizona 85301.
