Evelyn A. Hood, 86, passed away at Rim Country Care facility on January 15, 2017. She was born in Iowa. In 1959, Evelyn and her husband moved to Phoenix, Arizona to raise their family. The couple retired in 1988 and moved to Happy Jack, Arizona. She was pre-deceased by her husband Charles, and is survived by three children, Barbara Jo Allen, Deborah Kay Brown and Eric Hood, five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, two great-great children, her brother Wayne Wood ( Phoenix, AZ) and her sister Fran York (Oklahoma). Services are scheduled on January 25th, 2017 at 11AM at the Chapel of the Chimes 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale Arizona. Burial to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, Arizona.
