Elizabeth Jeannetta Watkins

Watkins, Elizabeth Jeannetta "Buggs" 87 of Phoenix, went home to be with Jesus, Monday, July 1, 2013. She was born on February 17, 1926 in Oglesby, Oklahoma. She moved to Phoenix in 1948. She worked for Valley National Bank, Smart & Final Foods, and AZ Dept. of Administration as an accountant. She spent her life serving her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and displayed this through her devoted care for her mother and sister. She is preceded in death by her bother, Rev. Bill Watkins; sisters, Cleo Watkins Triggs, Susie Watkins, and Annabelle Watkins; her nephews, Warren Triggs and George Watkins. Jeannetta is survived by her nephews, Michael Triggs and William Triggs; nieces, Martha Gariffa and Debra Winakur, as well as a multitude of grand nieces and nephews. Her legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on forever in those that have been touched by her precious life. Visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2013 from 5-8pm at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave. Glendale. Funeral service on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 10:00am also at the mortuary.
