Mom was born in 1927 in Sebring, OH.
Mom and Dad enjoyed 62 years of wedded bliss prior to Dad’s passing in 2010.
Our Mom was an amazing cook, candy maker and cake and cookie baker! Outside of our home, she was a switchboard operator, typist and bookkeeper extraordinaire. After Dad’s retirement, with Mom always at the wheel, they hit the road in their van and traveled the U.S., always managing to find the best restaurant in each city they visited. Our Mom and Dad being together again has brought us peace. They are happy and enjoying many more delicious dinners together!
Donna Virden is survived by her sister, Glenda Lagore and four children: Debi Greenway (Bob), Renee Barinsky, Jeff Virden (Marie Paule) and Jill Virden; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren: Amy Chambers (Tami & Tristin), Tia Youngjohn (Shendah, Amber & Adam), Jason (Tara) Barinsky (Jake, Logan & Hailey), Brooke (Chad) Barinsky-Pollock (Skyler), Nathan & Selena Virden (Brynlee) and Kristina Virden-Kent; and one great great grandson Ness (Shendah & Lane).
