Donna Denise Johnson, 53, passed from this life Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. She was born May 19, 1959 at Saint Vincent Hospital in Los Angeles, CA and was raised in Simi Valley.
Denise is survived by her two sons, Sean Baumann and DJ Johnson and her daughter Michelle Baumann of Phoenix, AZ; Her parents, Donald Douglas of Salome, AZ and Sylvia Crawford of Cleora, OK; Sister, Keli Graham and brother, Trace Gieser of Oklahoma; Uncle, Mike Douglas of Show Low, AZ; eleven grandchildren and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her step-father, John Gieser, and grandparents: Roland & Florence Douglas, Delbert & Marie Grubbs and Helen Day.
She was loved & will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
