David Lee Sutton Sr, 72, of Phoenix, Arizona went ot be with his wife on February 17, 2019. David was born in Brooklyn, New York to Beatrice (Wietort) and Parmer Sutton on July 16, 1946, number two (the middle child) of three. David grew up in Brooklyn having attended John J. High School and worked as a taxi driver. David ended up in a career as a tile setter after many years. David had many interests; including toy collecting and making some pieces of stained glass. David’s favorite song was “wake me up before you go-go” and could be heart singing those words.
David leaves behind his children David Jr, Barbara (Todd), Theresa; grandchildren Madisen, Eric, Michele and Emily; siblings Uncle Bobby (Jeanie) and Aunt Doreen; nieces and nephews Danny, Tina and Michael; and many other family and friends. He is preceded by the Love of his life Ellen and his mother Beatrice.
