Carolyn Harvey McPherson
February 11, 1936 – March 25, 2024

Carolyn H. McPherson passed away on March 25, 2024. She was born on February 11, 1936 in Louisburg, North Carolina to the late Harvey and Clorene Joyner.
Carolyn married Orval McPherson in December of 1968. They shared 44 years of marriage prior to his passing on January 2, 2013.
She was a cafeteria supervisor at Independence High School in Glendale and retired after many years of service.
Carolyn is survived by five sons Dennis (Debbie) McPherson, Douglas McPherson, Danny McPherson, Ralton (Reba) Harris and Shannon McPherson, daughter Lisa (Eric) Best, brother Bobby (Sharon) Joyner, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 niece and 2 nephews.
She will be laid to rest with Orval at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale.
