78 of Glendale, passed away on April 23, 2013. Visitation will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N 59th St, Glendale on Sunday, April 28th from 5-8pm with Rosary at 7pm. Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5614 West Orangewood Avenue Glendale, at 1pm on Monday. She will be laid to rest at West Resthaven Park Cemetery. Chapel of the Chimes entrusted with arrangements.
