Concepcion was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Maria Delia, father Carlos and mother Ramona

He leaves behind his five children Alma Delia (Ezekiel Velasquez), Carlos Abel (Desiree) Rita Elsa (Eddie Peña Jr.), Lorenia (Angel Reyes) and Mayra Angela (Walter Marinero), 11 siblings, 27 grandchildren and countless amount of nieces and nephews.

Concepcion began working with his father and brothers at the age of 17 in Litchfield, AZ as an agriculture worker after he moved to Phoenix, AZ he began his new career as a crane operator for a recycling company and retired in 1991. Concepcion was hardworking and the sole family provider. He will be missed, by many, for many reasons including his character and humor.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate on Saturday, March 7, 2020 beginning at 5PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to daughter Mayra Encinas. Virtual donation accounts have been set up, inquire with family.
