Billie Ruth Allred Toland moved on to be with our Savior on Friday February 19, 2016. She was born February 9, 1930 in Roosevelt, OK. Being a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Friend, to know her was to love her, she will never be forgotten. Billie was preceded in death by her husband Henry C. Toland, parents Rena and Onie Allred and 8 siblings (Martha, Enna Mae, Bernice, Lucille, Ellen, Wilma, Onie Ray, and John Julian). She is survived by children Billie Marie and Paul Allan (Janice) in addition 2 step children Richard and Judy, of these unions there are 10 grandchildren Kevin Charles (Lindsey), Brenda (Lenny), Christine (Mark), Rhonda (Frank), Richard Allen, James (Jennifer), Michelle, Tracy, Damon and Dawn and 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave. Glendale, Arizona with a 10:30 am graveside service at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Ave. Glendale, Arizona on Wednesday, February 24, 2015.
