Barbara A. Moynihan, wife of the late James Moynihan, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 20, 2021 at her residence in Peoria, AZ.
She was born in Boston, MA on December 29, 1932. Barbara was a long-time resident of South Boston, the daughter of the late Martin and Nora Flynn.
She is survived by her children William P. Griffin, Jr and Veronica of NH, Diane (Griffin) O’Malley of MA, Joseph and Patricia Griffin of NH, Robert Moore of NY, Tina Moore of MA & Jean (Moore) Kubat of AZ, 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Barbara was a sister of the late Joan Abbott, Patricia Minichello & Joseph Flynn.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Center.
