Alicia Alvarez

Alicia graduated from Glendale High School in 1969. She was a caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was a minister of the Eucharist at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church. She liked to plant flowers according to the season. She loved enjoying the delicious meals her husband would cook. She left this world on September 1, 2021 at age 69.

Her husband Albert preceded her in death on April 13, 2020.

Alicia is survived by her children, Albert Jr, Olivia, Michael and Lisa, grandchildren Joseph (Sarah), Alicia, Victoria, Kyli, Isaac, Eric, Simon, Vicente, Gavin, Andrew, Leonidas, David, Ezra, Emma, Richard Jr and great grandchildren, Dalvin and Evelyn.

A memorial service is scheduled for both Alicia and Albert Alvarez at 9 am on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave Glendale, AZ 85301. They will be laid to rest together at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
